Why flexibility
Everyone can get more flexible.
You don’t have to be naturally bendy to become more flexible. With the right guidance and consistent practice, you can build range, strength and control that stays with you.
Feel less stiff
Free up tight hips, hamstrings, backs and shoulders. Move more comfortably, whether you spend your day at a desk, on your feet or training.
Unlock new shapes
Work towards splits, bridges and backbends with structured, step-by-step progressions that build both flexibility and strength.
Move better, stay resilient
Strength through your full range helps protect your joints from injury, and makes handstands, aerial and calisthenics feel easier.

How we coach

Every class pairs stretching with strengthening, so the flexibility you gain comes with the control to use it.

A mix of techniques
Dynamic, passive and PNF stretching, plus skills and drills, chosen for what each part of the body needs.
Breath, alignment, stability

Questions
Before your first class.
Anything else? Get in touch and we’ll help you find the right class.
Do I need to be flexible to start?
Not at all. Most people start stiff. Every stretch has easier options, and your coach will help you find where to begin.
Do I need a membership?
No. You can drop in to any class, including the 90-minute Stretch. If you come regularly, a 10-pass or membership works out cheaper.
Which class should I start with?
Start with Mobility: the Splits focus for hips and legs, or Back & shoulders for bendier backbends. Add Stretch, a 90-minute workout and the perfect supplement to aerial or acrobatics. Contortion is the level up, for movers with a solid bridge and an elbow bridge.
Do I need anything for Contortion?
Yes: a solid bridge (wheel) with single-arm and single-leg variations, and an elbow bridge (elevated or on the ground). Mobility: Back & shoulders is the best way to build towards it. We recommend arriving 30 minutes early to warm up.
Will it hurt?
Stretching should feel strong, never sharp. Ease off if anything pinches, and let your coach know about any injuries before class.
What should I wear?
Comfortable clothes you can stretch in, like leggings or shorts and a fitted top. We mostly train barefoot.
