Steph

Originally from Sydney, Steph has danced for most of her life and eventually found her way into aerial, where her love of dance, strength and learning new skills all came together.

She holds a Master’s in Physiotherapy and has spent more than a decade working with Gymnastics NSW and Gymnastics Australia, as well as dancers, aerialists and circus performers. In 2019, she founded Raw Element Physiotherapy to create a clinic that genuinely understands the physical demands of performing artists and athletes. She has also worked backstage on professional musical theatre productions, including as Lead Physiotherapist for Come Alive! The Greatest Showman Circus Spectacular.

As a coach, Steph is all about technique, strength and creating strong, beautiful lines. She loves pulling apart skills that feel impossible, breaking them into drills and figuring out what will make them click for each individual student. She brings a bright, upbeat energy to class too, with plenty of encouragement along the way and a real knack for making people feel like they’re capable of more than they think.

Outside the studio, Steph is rarely sitting still. She loves training, getting to the beach and planning the next trip.
