Mim Wheeler

Mim began as a contemporary dancer, completing a BA (Hons) in Dance at WAAPA before discovering aerial while living in London. She went on to specialise in vertical apparatus including rope, silks and chain, performing across the UK, Europe and Qatar, and most recently touring England and Wales with Citrus Arts in Shipwrecks.

As a coach, Mim is technical, thoughtful and big on strong foundations. Her classes focus on conditioning, building strength and really understanding the basics, with plenty of attention to each student’s individual journey. She believes in training both sides. Always!

Expect to be challenged, supported and occasionally feel like you’ve accidentally signed up for Mim’s bootcamp. Behind the strong energy is a kind, funny coach who genuinely wants her students to build both skill and confidence.
