Liza Gubska

Liza first picked up aerial as a hobby and quickly fell in love with it, going on to train, perform and explore both silks and corde.

Her classes are relaxed, playful and often a little puzzle-like, with creative wraps and sequences that make you stop, think and figure out what’s happening before it all clicks. She brings a calm, easy-going presence to class while still keeping things focused and clear.

Once you’ve been around for a while, Liza’s classes have a lovely familiar feel to them. And if everyone survives the sequence, there’s a pretty good chance the class will finish with a group pose or video for Instagram.
